Q. What's your experience of the area?

I was brought up as a Sardinian in England and regularly went to Bosa for my Summer holidays. My parents live in the mountains.
My experience is that the people are naturally apprehenive about change and strangers. They are always polite and courteous with high moral fabric which they pride themselve on. They are a proud people, with typical Island mentality.
Things are slow and take forever as is the Italians way but, they are seeing the need to be more customer focused.
Its not overpopulated or commercialised. If you want an Ibiza setting this place is not for you.
Our family have been coming here for the past 5 years and we are steadily falling in love with the culture and the area.
