We bought 'Villa Mannu' in 2007. It was completely refurbished and updated, including new electrics, plumbing, tiling and re-design of the front room to house an open fire in Winter and an on suite shower room in the master bedroom. All the flooring was re tiled to make the place lighter and more airy. The kitchen was completely refitted as were both bathrooms which are less than 2 years old.

It is approximately 110ms as you can see by the floor plan below. It is well positioned to maximise the views. It is surrounded by garden areas and a number of other villas and houses that are a comfortable distance away from the villa.

 

We have provided guests with a whole array of added entertainment . The villa has many board games, DVD's and movies as well as play station games and dance mat. Your kids should never be bored, even if it rains.

We also supply a library of books and we are asking customers to leave their unwanted novels in the house to build up a bit of an international library.

The table can seat up to 8 persons when extended and we are in the process of supplying more seating to the front room.

We have also recently installed a wall safe. A number of guests have asked for this

As you see the apartment also has an open fire. We stock wood for the winter and early Spring when it can get quite cold and chilly into he morning night-time. There is no central heating at present although we are in the process of looking at a number roof energy efficient means of providing extra heat in the winter.

 

 

As mentioned earlier, the kitchen underwent a complete overhaul and expansion in 2007 and provides every means of being self-sufficient for your cooking needs.

It houses, an electric oven, gas hob, all manner of mixers and kitchen equipment should you wish to be more adventurous. We have recently supplied the kitchen with a micro-wave. There is an integrated dishwasher and fridge (the freezer is now provided in the cantina/seller). The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and glasses for eating inside and outside plastic crockery for BBQ's.

Best of all are the views from the kitchen window. Stunning as you can see.

There are two bathrooms in the villas each containing shower and toilet facilities.

There is a further outside hot and cold shower for bathing before entry into the pool or for washing yourself down on returning from the beach.

We provide you with beach towels as well as bathroom body towels and face towels.
